Feedback & Community
Tell the team what you found
The official feedback channel for ODE+, run by the engineers who build it. All feedback is read, and every decision is public — nothing gets closed silently. Pick the channel that fits what you have.
Bug report
Something is broken.
An error, a wrong result, a feature that does not work. Filed straight to the team and tracked in the open.
Feature request
You want something added or improved.
Describe the job you are trying to do, not only the control you are missing — it is what lets us weigh it against everything else on the board.
Discussions
How do I do X? Or an idea to talk through first.
Questions, workflows and half-formed ideas go here, where the team and other users can answer before anything becomes an issue.
Security
A security vulnerability.
Do not open a public issue. The security policy explains how to reach us privately and what happens next.
Private matters
Your account, or project data that should not be public.
Anything the whole internet should not see goes by email instead — the repository is visible to anyone, search engines included.
Before you file
Search the existing issues first. If your problem has already been raised, upvoting that issue and adding your own details helps more than opening a new one — how much feedback a problem gathers is how we set priority.
